You know, pick certain qualities that you admire and weave them into your makeup. Erase some not so great memories and experiences that have shaped you into the person you are now. Hold onto your self awareness but not the anxiety and comparison that can also come with that.

If you started over--if you got to choose who you were--do you think you'd wear a mask as much?
